Return Process

  Log into your NEC account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a digital return authorization.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags are attached and the garment is in its original, unworn condition.

  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email, attach it securely to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
